Compare this game’s attack-type effectiveness against one or two defending types, with optional weather. PokéSurvivor softens the main-series chart rather than using its original immunity values.

Attack direction and weather

Player attack uses your attack type against the enemy’s defensive type. Incoming attack swaps the two primary roles. The optional second type always belongs to the current defender; recheck it after switching. Attacks use one type. Your weather speed/HP effects appear only in Incoming attack; enemy weather damage uses a different formula.

With no secondary type, Electric → Ground is ×0.3; Ground → Electric is ×1.6, not its reciprocal. In full rain, Fire → Water is ×0.3 and Water → Fire is ×2.4. Weather follows the actual attacking type.

What to do

  • Choose the attack type and defending types.
  • Select weather and current intensity.
  • Compare alternative attacks using the displayed multiplier.

Numbers & conditions

Super-effective ×1.6, resistance ×0.6, former immunity ×0.3. Multiply dual types and clamp to [0.3,2.4]. Fire against Grass/Bug becomes 2.4; Electric against Ground becomes 0.3 before weather.

Common mistakes

The multiplier is not damage by itself. Apply player stats, move behavior and other effects separately; terrain slow is not an attack-type multiplier.
