Nine regions have separate pools and pity counters. Rarity is selected first, then a Pokémon from the effective pool; a featured Pokémon has no separate boost in the pinned rules.
What to do
- Choose your target’s region and inspect the actual pool.
- Calculate with the region’s own pity and ticket mode.
Numbers & conditions
1★–5★ weights: 45/30/17/6.5/1.5%. Counter 69→70 forces 5★ and a 5★ resets pity. Ten pulls guarantee 4★+ using the last-pull fallback only when needed.
Common mistakes
A 5★ guarantee does not guarantee a particular Pokémon. Each region has its own counter; a large banner portrait does not add an unlisted rate boost.
