PokéSurvivor is created by JPTER78. Pokémon names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Source-code licensing and sprite licensing are distinct; attribution does not change their permitted uses.
What to do
- Follow the source license for code reuse.
- Inspect each image’s resource license before separate reuse.
Numbers & conditions
The game code is MIT; SpriteCollab Pokémon sprites are identified as CC BY-NC 4.0 in the project license. This site keeps the original embedded game’s authorship visible.
Common mistakes
MIT licensing for source code does not make the sprites commercially licensed. Attribution does not remove the sprites’ noncommercial condition or imply Nintendo or creator endorsement.
