| Pokémon | HP | Movement speed (world units/s) | Attack multiplier | Starting move → evolution / run card | Why choose it / what it costs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Charmander | 88 | 105 | ×1.03 | Ember → Fire Blast · Power | Ember is a simple starting projectile with burn. Aim for Power + level 5, then Fire Blast; Rain halves Fire damage. |
| Squirtle | 90 | 96 | ×0.97 | Water Gun → Scald · Power | Water Gun pierces from level 1 when targets line up. Power unlocks Scald; Sun weakens Water and Squirtle has lower base attack than Charmander. |

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Slowpoke | 110 | 84 | ×1.06 | Confusion → Psyshock · Reflexes | 110 base HP gives a larger buffer, but 84 speed makes escape slower. Keep homing Confusion active; add legal Aqua Ring only after a Bond. HP does not negate warnings. |
| Squirtle | 90 | 96 | ×0.97 | Water Gun → Scald · Power | Keep ranged Water Gun active, then fuse Aqua Ring for recovery. Leftovers is optional loot; its regeneration uses equip-time HP. You need a Bond before both attacks work together. |

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Treecko | 88 | 107 | ×1.06 | Razor Leaf → Leaf Storm · Reflexes | Razor Leaf hits along outward and return paths; Reflexes enables Leaf Storm. Its 107 speed helps broad loops, but 88 HP leaves little contact margin. |
| Bulbasaur | 90 | 97 | ×1.06 | Vine Whip → Power Whip · Power | Vine Whip clears nearby pack edges and active melee takes 25% less reducible damage. Power enables Power Whip; add Harden after a Bond. Do not stay inside warning zones. |
Damage while dodging a boss

| Pokémon | HP | Movement speed (world units/s) | Attack multiplier | Starting move → evolution / run card | Why choose it / what it costs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Psyduck | 92 | 101 | ×1.06 | Confusion → Psyshock · Reflexes | Its real starting Confusion homes while you dodge, despite Water typing. Reflexes enables Psyshock. Check Psychic resistance; emitted projectiles are not guaranteed hits. |
| Mewtwo | 118 | 133 | ×1.55 | Confusion → Psyshock · Reflexes | With Mewtwo owned, learn Psybeam for an unobstructed line and take Power for Future Sight. Swords Dance + Harden need two Bonds. A normal rift defeat does not unlock Mewtwo. |
Reach ticket opportunities safely

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Piplup | 94 | 95 | ×1.04 | Bubble → Surf · Sprint | Bubble covers nearby directions; Sprint enables Surf. Reach missions, rescue and chests, then add Aqua Ring after a Bond. Focus Sash is optional and cannot repeatedly rescue without its cooldown. |
| Treecko | 88 | 107 | ×1.06 | Razor Leaf → Leaf Storm · Reflexes | Returning Razor Leaf and 107 movement help reach safe chest/rescue routes. Agility after a Bond supports movement, not ticket drop rates. Finish rift plans before 28:00. |
Before loading a plan
The recommendations use the listed attack behavior and game stats, not measured win rates. Select Pokémon you own. Linked build presets describe a level-5 endpoint with earned Bonds and optional loot; they are not your starting inventory. Slowpoke’s link instead loads its real starting move with no Bonds.
Keep a damage attack active before fusion. Use one item, take the required run card and choose each gold evolution separately. Compare finalists at the same upgrades, target types, weather and actual hit assumptions. Finish new rift/Bond opportunities before 28:00; at 30:00 dodge invincible Arceus instead of applying an ordinary boss kill plan.
What to do
- Start with owned Pokémon for an immediately usable plan.
- Use equal upgrades and target conditions in comparisons.
Numbers & conditions
These are data comparisons and editorial recommendations. No measured win rates, simulated tournament results or guaranteed survival times are claimed.
Common mistakes
A high stat score cannot make an unavailable Pokémon playable or an inactive slot deal damage. Choose the attack behavior and legal card/Bond route for the actual problem, then compare equal inputs.
