Guide updated
Return to the device, browser profile and game address where you last saw the collection. Check whether that session was guest, local account or cloud account, then compare the exact username/Google identity. Do not create a replacement identity or delete the remaining local copy to test recovery. A leaderboard reset on October 13 does not itself mean your collection was deleted.

Local account names do not automatically transfer between these contexts. | The original collection reappears if its local data remains. Cleared local data needs an existing cloud copy; no recovery is promised from deleted storage. |
| Cloud account appears new | Use the original username/password method or the same Google account. Compare the previous device’s identity and upload state before assuming the cloud lost it. | The same authenticated identity is confirmed; follow queued/offline synchronization if its old copy has not uploaded. |
